SG semiconductor startup Silicon Box raises $139.4m so far in Series B funding

Silicon Box, a Singapore-based semiconductor design and device integration services startup, has raised $139.4 million so far in its Series B funding round, according to its filings with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
